Job Offer:* **Monthly gross salary of $9,000** * **Statutory benefits** from day one * **Indefinite-term contract** * **Work modality: On-site** * **Life insurance** * **Full-time** work schedule Requirements:* **Completed secondary education or technical high school diploma** in maintenance, electricity, or related field * **Minimum 3 years’ experience** in preventive and corrective maintenance * Knowledge of **electricity, plumbing, painting, carpentry**, and safe handling of hand and power tools * Skills: **initiative, service-oriented attitude, and attention to detail** Main Responsibilities:* **Repair minor faults** in pipes, lighting fixtures, furniture, locks, and electrical outlets. * **Identify and report failures or wear-and-tear** in facilities and follow up on their correction. * **Replace light bulbs, fuses, switches, and commonly used electrical components.** * **Assist with the installation of equipment, furniture, and electrical or compressed air networks.** * **Paint walls, furniture, and railings** as required. * **Assemble and disassemble structures**, such as shelving units, workbenches, and partition panels. * **Perform basic gardening tasks** (watering, pruning green areas, removing weeds). * **Provide support during loading and unloading operations** of equipment or materials. * **Move vehicles** within and outside the agency when necessary.
