**JOB OBJECTIVE:** Manage, coordinate and supervise branch operations, ensuring proper efficiency in delivery routes, inventory control and customer service, guaranteeing the proper functioning of the facility, vehicles and supervising operational staff. **KNOWLEDGE:** Administration, distribution logistics, inventory management, Excel, customer service and supervision. **FUNCTIONS:** * Manage the distribution center (CEDIS). * Verify that product delivery to customers is carried out on time and as scheduled. * Ensure delivery route efficiency. * Conduct and supervise inventories, reports, and daily, weekly, monthly and annual movements. * Responsible for documentation covering product receipts, dispatches and deliveries, whether to customers or for shipping. * Responsible for transportation units and their documentation. * In charge of furniture and equipment existing within the Distribution Center. * Responsible for supervising material resources, managing and coordinating **preventive and corrective maintenance** of the facility and branch vehicles. * Coordinate and direct **operational staff** and human capital under their supervision. * Safeguard keys and facilities. **SKILLS:** * Leadership. * Personnel management. * Organization and planning. * Effective communication. * Knowledge of the city of Querétaro and surrounding areas. WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (2-hour lunch break); Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. * Completed bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Administration, Logistics or related field.
