




Job Summary: HR professional responsible for planning, designing, and delivering training and development programs, as well as generating job descriptions and supporting evaluations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Designing and delivering annual training and development plans 2. Developing career development plans and job descriptions 3. Supporting performance evaluations and career path management * Plan, design, and develop the annual training and development program for employees * Deliver training to new hires and deliver predetermined courses to internal staff * Develop and implement employee development plans and programs * Create job descriptions and/or employee profiles * Generate DNC and the annual training plan * Support the performance evaluation process * Communicate the environmental policy, objectives, as well as environmental aspects and impacts * Manage career path plans and develop employees through a structured training plan * Working hours: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday; occasional Saturdays * Willingness to relocate to CDMX and Estado de México * Work location: Cuamatla Industrial Park * Age: 30–45 years * Gender: Unrestricted * Education: Bachelor’s degree * Experience: 5 years Employment type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 – $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
