This position leads warehouse operations and national distribution logistics for a mid-sized company handling imported products. We seek a candidate with sound judgment, organization, and foresight to manage an agile operation, with strong attention to detail and solid experience in customs processes. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise inbound and outbound goods, including coordination with customs and freight forwarders for each import. * Maintain physical inventory control through cycle counts and periodic audits. * Plan purchases and inventory replenishment based on forecasted demand and optimal stock levels. * Coordinate national distribution logistics and define delivery routes. * Authorize orders and validate inventory availability in coordination with the sales team. * Manage returns, claims, and logistics incidents. * Supervise and coordinate the warehouse and transportation team. * Generate inventory, shrinkage, and incident reports. Candidate Profile: * Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain. * Experience in customs processes and coordination with customs brokers / freight forwarders — mandatory. * Proficiency in ERP systems and intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills. * Ability to forecast demand and determine inventory levels. * Operational leadership and interdepartmental coordination capability. * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, International Trade, or related field (degree holder). * Intermediate English proficiency.
