Responsible for internal policies and organizational climate Plastic and Bariatric Surgery Hospital is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to carry out the following activities: Recruitment and Selection of personnel Handling of labor-related cases Employee separation Handling of resignations Payroll preparation Internal policies Organizational climate Responsible for and executor of recruitment and selection processes. Post job vacancies on various platforms and social media networks, and follow up. Conduct initial interviews and follow up on prospective hires, both remotely and in person. Carry out appropriate candidate selection by applying required filters according to the vacancy profile. Personnel file management. Delivery of employment contracts to staff. Onboarding of new hires Job Descriptions Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position Bilingual Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Position type: Full-time, Contract-based, Indefinite term Contract duration: 3 months Salary: $18,000.00 - $19,000.00 per month Experience: * 2 in coordination: 1 year (Preferred) Work location: On-site employment
