




We are looking for an **Account Coordinator** with experience in comprehensive client management, especially in payroll and personnel administration processes, capable of ensuring timely and proper compliance, maintaining close communication with the client, and guaranteeing service quality. **Requirements:** * Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields. * Extensive experience in administrative and/or human resources areas, and customer service. * Expert-level Excel proficiency. * Strong numerical ability and data handling skills, knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT). * Results-oriented, punctual follow-up, and excellent customer service. **Desirable Skills:** * High analytical capacity and attention to detail. * Organization and results orientation. * Excellent communication and client interaction skills. * Teamwork and operational leadership. * Responsibility, professional ethics, and adherence to processes.
