Knowledge of the complete open-end spinning process and its systems Ensure optimal machine operation, guaranteeing production continuity, yarn quality, and proper processing of regenerated materials and recycled fibers. Knowledge of the complete open-end spinning process, components, and system operation. Industrial mechanics: power transmission, bearings, belts, and precision adjustments. Basic industrial electricity: motors, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and sensors. Pneumatic systems applied to spinning. Reading of technical manuals, mechanical drawings, and electrical diagrams. Yarn quality parameters: count (Ne), twist (TPM), evenness (CV%), and strength. Technical education in Textiles, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or related fields. Proven experience in maintenance of spinning machines. Experience with regenerated materials: **valued as a differential advantage**. Skills: fault diagnosis, manual dexterity, teamwork, and attention to detail. Willingness to engage in continuous learning of new textile technologies.
