Troubleshooting and maintenance management of industrial equipment. **We are seeking an HVAC Engineer** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Flexible schedule available. **Responsibilities:** \- Responsible for HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) system design, engineering, installation, diagnostics, supervision, troubleshooting, air balancing, equipment selection, and preventive and corrective maintenance in pharmaceutical industrial plants, including air handling units, packaged units, mini-splits, air extraction/injection systems, precision units, and chillers. \- Design, modeling, and thermal load calculations to determine and select appropriate HVAC equipment required for industrial areas, as well as to verify that existing equipment meets required heating, ventilation, or cooling functions. \- Knowledge of air balancing, and management and control of positive and negative pressure in areas. \- Ductwork design and calculation (rectangular and circular ducts, piping), and routing of pipes and ducts. \- Identification of HVAC system components, conducting inspections, diagnosing issues, and possessing knowledge of repair procedures to ensure technical personnel perform appropriate interventions or repairs. \- Troubleshooting industrial equipment, scheduling future maintenance tasks, performing periodic inspections, and managing spare parts inventory. **We Offer:** Gross monthly salary: $33,000 to $35,000.
