**Description:** ---------------- **Join our team and transform the future of digital banking with us!** At Kapital, we are looking for an SEO Jr to work on innovative projects. **What you’ll do:** * Collaborate on the organic SEO strategy for the entire financial group (Mexico, Colombia, Puerto Rico, and Spain). * Handle search engine-related requests, such as market research (benchmarking), keyword research, content optimization, content development, business profile management (Google Business Profile), and editorial calendar planning. * Propose organic actions for each campaign and/or digital marketing effort. * Collaborate with internal teams (content teams, performance managers, campaign coordinators, and social media teams) in planning digital marketing strategies and actionable SEO initiatives. * Improve the performance of the group’s various websites and their KPIs by implementing content optimizations, lead magnets, page development, and other organic assets. * Analyze and evaluate the performance of content strategies and organic initiatives to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. * Diagnose and resolve issues affecting key performance indicators of the content strategy, search engine visibility, determine root causes, and implement corrective measures. **Position details:** * Work location: CDMX, Álvaro Obregón. * Work modality: On-site. **Requirements:** --------------- **What we’re looking for in you:** * Minimum 1 year of experience working in SEO or organic strategy roles. * Basic proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Google Trends. * Knowledge of planning and implementing SEO content strategies. * Strong command of writing, spelling, and written communication. * Experience planning editorial calendars, content grids, and organic positioning based on blog posts. * Excellent communication skills and ability to manage priorities. **Desirable:** * Knowledge of link-building strategies. * Familiarity with the Contentful (CMS) platform. * Experience in the technology-driven and/or traditional financial sector.
