**Job Description** ------------------------- Contribute to CEMEX’s strategy by supporting and managing Human Resources processes to foster well-being in a safe and productive work environment. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- 1. Promote, facilitate and monitor safety and health culture through safety and health programs, processes, initiatives and indicators developed and implemented by the Safety Advisor 2. Ensure compliance with labor obligations in accordance with current labor legislation 3. Ensure efficient, transparent and effective HR operations, with clear service agreements with all CEMEX employees 4. Ensure that CEMEX employees receive correct and timely payroll payments 5. Manage employee onboarding, offboarding and personnel changes 6. Ensure timely and appropriate coverage of vacant positions within the organizational structure 7. Support tracking of the training offering and institutional and functional development 8. Support execution of team development plans 9. Support deployment of CEMEX’s internal communication campaigns and corporate messages 10. Support engagement management and workplace environment improvement processes 11. Develop and track the social agenda defined for the UNs 12.
