We are looking for a Collection Manager to join the Grupo Salinas team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing collection activities to ensure efficient and effective debt recovery. Your responsibilities include monitoring and controlling customer portfolios, negotiating with debtors, and implementing recovery strategies to maximize company revenue. We need a proactive individual with advanced communication and negotiation skills, and a results-driven attitude. Previous experience in collections is a plus, but not essential if you have strong conflict management and problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate must have a positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure to meet recovery targets. Additionally, we expect quick and accurate analytical and decision-making capabilities.
