Commission and bonus scheme tied to sales targets **About Us:** At Cuadernos.in, we are a growing company seeking dynamic talent with strong communication skills and a passion for interacting with people to join our team as a Sales Assistant, working closely with Management. **What Will You Do in This Role?** * Direct customer service and follow-up (via WhatsApp, phone, and in person). * Preparation and delivery of quotations to prospects. * Addressing inquiries, handling objections, and closing sales. * Support in basic administrative tasks within the sales department. * Organization and management of the customer portfolio. **Who Are We Looking For?** * Proven prior experience in sales, customer service, telemarketing, or front-desk roles. * Excellent spelling, writing skills, and verbal fluency. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, basic/intermediate Excel) and efficient computer and internet navigation. * A solution-oriented mindset, commercial drive, and resilience in the face of setbacks. * Preferably residing within a 45-minute commute from the Loreto area (for your convenience). **What Do We Offer?** * Statutory benefits. * **Base Salary:** $2,100 net per week (guaranteed payment). * **Commissions:** Attractive commission and bonus structure based on achievement of sales targets (in addition to base salary). * **Stable Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturday mornings. * Job stability and a positive work environment.
