We are a great team and we would be delighted to have you as a part of us! **What We Expect** ----------------- **Job Objective:** Ensure customer demand is met on time and in full, optimally utilizing productive resources (capacity, materials, and labor), maintaining healthy inventory levels, and minimizing costs and waste. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) aligned with demand. * Execute and adjust MRP to ensure material availability. * Balance load versus capacity across lines, machines, and shifts. * Schedule production orders considering lead times, setups, and priorities. * Monitor plan adherence and propose corrective actions. * Coordinate with production regarding sequence or priority changes. * Track critical materials and supply risks. * Analyze and control inventory levels (RM, WIP, and FG). * Actively participate in S\&OP / MPS / daily meetings. * Communicate realistic and committed delivery dates to internal customers. * Manage rescheduling due to demand changes or contingencies. * Analyze management KPIs. * Document and standardize planning processes. * Identify continuous improvement opportunities in the production process. **Who We Are Looking For** -------------------- **Required Profile / Professional Competencies** * Education: Industrial/Logistics Engineering or related field, with experience in logistics processes. * Experience: 2 years in Supply Chain Management, preferably in the automotive industry. * Languages/Required Level: English\-capable of conducting business conversations. * Computer Programs: + SAP + MS Office (Advanced Excel and Pivot Tables) + PLM + LISP + Zpoint * Immediate availability **Knowledge** * Knowledge of Forging and Machining processes * Inventory management and machine capacity management * Standard times, setup times, OEE * Advanced Excel \& Pivot Tables **Skills:** * Teamwork, effective communication * Analytical * Mathematical * Problem-solving * Focused * Methodical/Systematic * Disciplined **Additional Information** ------------------------- The most important thing for us is your safety, so you will work in a safe place.
