




Job Summary: We are seeking an engineer with experience in the automotive sector to improve processes, manage risks, and train personnel in CNC machining, contributing to the optimization of production lines. Key Highlights: 1. Continuous improvement of processes and risk management in the automotive environment. 2. CNC training and support for launching new production lines. 3. Application of FMEA, APQP methodologies and problem-solving. **Requirements:** * More than 3 years of experience in similar positions within an automotive company. * Industrial, Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering degree or related field (degree holder). * Availability to work flexible hours. **General Responsibilities** * Improves risks and unsafe conditions (considers improvement proposals, implements them, and reports their effectiveness). * Considers and implements improvement ideas at equipment failure points. * **Training for CNC Set-up Technicians / Operators** * Preparations for launching new production lines. * Supports efforts to achieve KPIs. * Reduces quarantined material, reduces defects, identifies root causes, and implements countermeasures. **Specific Knowledge:** * Management (FMEA, APQP, MSA, SPC) * SolidWorks, AutoCAD (intermediate) * Problem analysis and problem-solving techniques * Knowledge of machining processes (CNC), GD&T, drawing interpretation * FMEA, control plans * Knowledge of drawing interpretation (intermediate) * Advanced knowledge of SolidWorks and basic knowledge of AutoCAD * Knowledge of machine tools and cutting tools Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $17,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
