**We Are Looking for a Service Support Technician** We are seeking a technical professional with experience in the maintenance of CNC machinery or electromechanical equipment, possessing fieldwork skills, the ability to resolve technical issues, and teamwork capabilities. If you are passionate about delivering technical support, are self-directed, and motivated by continuous learning, this vacancy is for you! **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance activities on CNC machinery and/or electromechanical equipment. * Provide on-site support to the assigned engineer during service execution. * Report daily to the Supervisor on progress, findings, and pending items related to performed services. * Submit detailed reports (service tickets) timely and accurately. * Delegate tasks to the service intern when working collaboratively. * Meet internal targets such as attendance, surveys, proper tool usage, etc. * Propose technical improvements for equipment or working conditions. **Requirements:** * Technical diploma or degree in Electromechanics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics. * Solid knowledge of: * Industrial safety * Use of hand tools * Operation of measuring equipment (caliper, torque wrench, multimeter) * Interpretation of technical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic drawings * Basic–intermediate English (desirable). * 1–2 years’ experience in maintenance of CNC machinery or electromechanical equipment. * Personal skills: teamwork, proactivity, self-direction, analytical ability, adaptability to change. * Ability to work autonomously in the field. **We Offer:** * Competitive fixed salary * Statutory benefits + additional benefits If you seek professional growth within a dynamic, technical environment offering advancement opportunities, **Apply now and join our Service Team!** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 – $14,000.00 per month Work location: On-site
