**Job Purpose** --------------- DANA, a multinational automotive company located in Tlalnepantla, State of Mexico, is seeking talent for a **Tooling Coordinator** position. **Job Duties and Responsibilities** ----------------------------------- **What would your responsibilities be?** * Design, development, and maintenance of tooling and feeding systems for casting processes. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve tooling and core boxes. * Design tooling prototypes. **Education and Qualifications** -------------------------------- **What are the requirements to apply?** * Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Design or related degree. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions within automotive companies or Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers. * **Desirable experience in casting processes** * Knowledge of IATF 16949:2016 * Application of Core Tools (APQP, FMEA, CP, MSA, SPC, and PPAP) * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing * Advanced conversational English **What competencies are we looking for?** * Leadership * Negotiation * Problem solving * Analysis * Strong sense of urgency * Initiative * Excellent communication skills.
