BOBO IS SEEKING THE FOLLOWING DUE TO EXPANSION: Payroll Manager Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years of verifiable professional experience in payroll. Leadership skills. Results-oriented mindset. Responsibilities: Preparation of weekly and bi-weekly payroll. Stamping and delivery of payroll receipts. IMSS transactions (registrations, cancellations, and modifications). Calculation of severance payments and indemnities. Recording of attendance incidents and disabilities in SUA. Determination of PTU (Profit Sharing), Christmas bonus (Aguinaldo), bonuses, and overtime hours. Calculation of variable compensation. Calculation of INFONAVIT deductions. SUA determination. FONACOT payment issuance. Preparation of payroll-related accounting journal entries. Handling of IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISN, and STPS requests. ISN payment determination. Payroll reporting. Annual closing of salaries and wages. Union and Labor Secretary management. Payroll analysis. REPSE registration.
