Main Responsibilities: * End-to-end tracking of import operations. * Review and validation of documents in accordance with current regulations. * Preparation, data entry, and review of import customs entries. * Customer service and follow-up until goods release. * Management of pre-clearance procedures and customs inspections. * Compliance with port operational timelines and KPIs.
