Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (degree holder). 3+ years of experience in General Accounting. Advanced analytical skills for interpreting financial statements. Solid experience in monthly closings, reconciliations, and variance analysis. Proficiency in SAP Business One (desirable). Intermediate-to-advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, reconciliations). Up-to-date knowledge of tax and labor regulations. High attention to detail, structure, organization, and ability to work with data. Responsibilities Recording and supervision of journal entries (income, expense, general ledger). Monthly closings and preparation of working papers for SAT and Finance. Processing of domestic and foreign invoices. Analysis of accounting fluctuations. Preparation of information for annual tax returns and external audits. Strict control of tax and administrative documentation. Registration, termination, and modifications with IMSS. Reconciliations, price reviews, and support during physical inventory counts.
