We are looking for: ***SUPERVISOR FOR TEXTILE LAUNDRY*** **Responsibilities:** * Extensive knowledge of machinery, fabrics, dyeing, softening, and application of products on different types of fabrics. * Request and receive production and color adjustment recipes to start the program. In the case of manual dye weighing, must supervise 100%. * Manage production flows, supervise process control, verify color tone, validate tests, and run samples for color and finish. * Manage human resources in workload distribution, instruct on new work methods, and align with continuous improvement; ensure compliance with Internal Work Regulations and Safety, Health, and Hygiene standards. * Manage validation testing and production startup for garments, washed and dyed cloths, and report nonconformities in garment intake. * Responsible for the production process * Shift and schedule management * Planning, organizing, and assigning tasks within the laundry department * Control garment intake * Ensure quality standards for delivered garments * Supervise and ensure compliance in quantity, assortment, and returns * Responsible for productivity of assigned personnel * Develop personnel under supervision * KPI management * Compliance with improvement systems (quality, environmental, safety) within area of responsibility * Handle incidents involving supervised personnel * Production indicators **Requirements:** * High school graduate or university degree in Chemical Engineering, Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Laundry Supervisor in a textile company * Knowledge of garment washing and dyeing processes and special treatments * Knowledge of quality parameters and specifications, production indicators, and environmental management. * Work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM **We offer:** * Monthly salary of $16,000 * Statutory benefits * Direct hiring by the company Job type: Full\-time Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $18,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite contract Workplace: On\-site
