We are seeking a driven In\-House Sales professional who is eager to contribute within a dynamic, team\-oriented setting. **Your Impact** In this position, you will assume direct responsibility for the stabilization, and scaling of the company’s In\-House financing project. Your role centers on driving funded volume, enforcing minimum conversion standards, coordinating underwriting calibration, and ensuring that the portfolio meets established profitability and risk thresholds. Your performance will directly impact the financial strength, risk exposure, and long\-term viability of the internal financing model. **What will you do:*** Lead the development and growth of the in\-house financing project, ensuring the model successfully launches and becomes a profitable business unit. * Develop and implement internal sales strategies to meet and exceed established goals. * Set individual and team performance objectives within the In\-House Sales Department. * Analyze retention, conversion, and average closing time processes to optimize results. * Provide support and address areas of improvement, ensuring accurate and appropriate follow\-up procedures for prospects and leads. * Coordinate with other departments to optimize workflows and ensure smooth process execution. * Continuously monitor conversion rates and portfolio performance. * Oversee customer service, ensuring fast, transparent, and policy\-compliant internal loan processing. * Coordinate directly with the Underwriting Department on the calibration of the control desk, approval criteria, and risk parameters for internal loans. * Ensure that financial, operational, and risk criteria are aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. * Assume direct responsibility for the performance and results of the department. **What We’re Looking For:*** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Sales, or a related field. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services, lending, or structured finance environments, with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing performance and profitability. * Advanced English communication (both written and spoken). * High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. * Strong background in sales strategy, pipeline management, and conversion optimization. * Experience working closely with Underwriting, Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams. * Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams, performance metrics, and departmental KPIs. * Experience with CRM systems, sales dashboards, and reporting tools. **What we offer and important information:*** Based in Mexicali * Schedule: Monday\- Friday, 8 am to 5:30 pm * Competitive bonuses based on performance. * Paid online English courses. * Enjoy proportional vacation days. * A progressive company culture where your ideas are valued.
