With a presence in over 155 countries and more than 155,000 professionals worldwide, KPMG Mexico operates offices across 17 states with over 3,500 employees. **We are seeking a Training and Development Assistant** **Responsibilities:** * Manage the training platform (GLMS) and verify correct loading and completion of assignments. * Provide technical support to employees and escalate incidents when necessary. * Coordinate internal training sessions (virtual and in-person), including registrations, invitations, and attendance reports. * Periodically update the training intranet to ensure that information regarding development processes and programs remains current. * Monitor monthly metrics on platform usage and utilization, as well as manage employee onboarding to guarantee access. * Create digital content for internal communication campaigns related to training programs. * Manage updates to Learning Paths corresponding to each practice. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Pedagogy, or related field. * Desired experience: 1\-2 years in training and training follow-up. * Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is desirable. * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and information management capability. * **Advanced English proficiency.** **We Offer:** An opportunity to join an internationally recognized prestigious firm, with continuous training programs in a highly professional and human-oriented environment—enabling you to build a successful career and receive competitive compensation aligned with your value and experience. **IMPORTANT NOTICE** KPMG is an inclusive firm that values diversity and does not tolerate any form of discrimination.
