Therefore, we seek committed, honest collaborators eager to join our UNSTOPPABLE FORCE as: **TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER.** **Requirements:** * Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems, Computer Science, Communications and Electronics Engineering, or Systems Engineering. * Areas of Knowledge: Networks, Hardware and Software, Telephony. * Software: Windows, Linux, macOS, Office, VPN. **Objective**: Provide and ensure correct and timely second-level technical support for reported issues affecting the group’s users’ computing equipment. **Responsibilities:** * Preventive and/or corrective maintenance, as well as repair of computing equipment. * Provide internal customer support remotely (telephone\-via Internet) and/or on-site. * Install and configure operating systems, as well as maintain and configure software on the group’s computing equipment. * Create system images for operating system cloning. * Perform data migrations and/or backups, as well as configure equipment for user reassignment. **Knowledge:** * **Technical support tools and procedures** * **Electronics** * **Software** Compensation and additional benefits * Monthly gross salary: $ 15,000 GROSS * Life insurance * Work location: AGUASCALIENTES OPERATIONAL CENTER * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with one rotating day off between Saturday and Sunday
