Description The position is key for provides functional support for the core HR system (Oracle HRMS) with a focus on local and regional HR business needs in Latin America. Responsible for basic setup, mass updates, data audits, and user issue resolution. Provides excellent customer service to the end\-user community including providing instruction on HR systems processes. Ensures consistency in process utilization and a high level of data accuracy and compliance. Works on special HR Systems projects in the region as needed.
