**QUALITY COORDINATOR** Mexican company with over 19 years in the market, a national leader in providing services such as: Pest Control, Cleaning, and Maintenance, is seeking: **Requirements:** · Age: 25 years or older. · Education: Preferably a degree in Logistics Engineering, Agronomy, or related field. · Proficiency in Excel. · Strong verbal communication skills. · Customer service orientation. · Organizational skills. · Problem-solving ability. · High sense of urgency. · Flexible availability. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Conduct quality assurance calls to customers to verify proper service delivery. · Prepare and manage transportation certificates in accordance with established guidelines. · Track customer complaints and reports, ensuring timely resolution and closure. · Create and follow up on tickets in the Solutions Desk. · Update and maintain documentation on the IGEO platform. · Generate, organize, and safeguard physical and digital operational folders. · Support inspectors by providing documentation, trend reports, layouts, schedules, and logs. · Assist the Operations Department with administrative and operational tasks. · Register, track, and resolve customer complaints, suggestions, and feedback. · Support internal and external audits by providing required information and documentation. · Monitor and control supplies used in service delivery. · Manage quotation follow-up from issuance through purchase order generation. **EXPERIENCE:** · 1 year coordinating services, customer service, and follow-up. · Personnel management and supervision.
