Join our team We have an opening for a Systems and Programming Leader **Position Purpose:** * Provide technical support for computing systems and servers, ensuring proper operational functionality and system automation. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide on-site and remote hardware and software support. * Manage inventories of computing equipment. * Prepare hardware and software quotations. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. * Verify proper operation of ROES and TAOPIX systems. * Administer and provide basic support for the internal network, servers, and backups. * Manage users, passwords, and system and device access. * Provide operational support. * Handle technical support tickets. * Assist in generating reports and metrics. **Please Note the Following:** * Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Systems, Computer Science, or related field. * IT Support Experience: 3 to 4 years. * Proficiency in servers, operating systems, and programming. * Preferred skills: Python, AI, ROES, and TAOPIX. * Work location: Monterrey City Center. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; occasional Saturdays. Salary: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
