Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Plumber skilled in sanitary installations, pipe welding, flowmeter maintenance, and leak repairs, with administrative and soft skills. Key Highlights: 1. Soft skills such as sense of urgency and teamwork. **Plumber** **EDUCATION** * TSU in electromechanics, electrician, electronics, or related field. **EXPERIENCE** * Minimum 3 years of experience in sanitary installations (handling PVC fittings: elbows, couplings, nipples, installation and maintenance). **TECHNICAL SKILLS** * Experience welding copper pipes (focused on equipment such as water boilers, sinks, showers, etc.). * Experience maintaining flowmeters, replacing batteries, and adjusting pressure and flow settings. * Experience installing sanitary fixtures, urinals, sinks, showers, etc. * Experience repairing water leaks in Schedule 80 galvanized steel pipes, including welding applications. * Experience repairing steam pipes, replacing valves, welding pipes, etc. * Experience handling various types of valves: gate, check, ball, butterfly, etc. **ADMINISTRATIVE SKILLS** * Proficiency with PC, copier, scanner, digital camera, video equipment, etc. * Document management. **SOFT SKILLS** * Sense of urgency, verbal fluency, communication across all organizational levels, and teamwork.
