Acquisition of experience in global customer service Description and details of responsibilities: Timely tracking of shipments handled by international courier services (UPS, FedEx, and DHL) to enhance shipment visibility for our global customers, anticipate incidents, and ensure timely shipment visibility. This assignment will optimize customer service while enabling the intern to gain experience in objective-based work, process tracking, communication skills, and report writing.
