Be the link between the Administrative Team and the different crops to execute logistics, transportation, inventory control, plant distribution, and storage processes. #### **Responsibilities** * Ensure the quality of storage for different types of plants/crops in the cooler through monitoring temperature and humidity parameters. * Administration and control of inventory for different types of strawberry and raspberry crops. * Track planting plans for various crops and programs. * Generate purchase orders (PO) in Odoo to better manage freight and rental information. * Supervise and manage requests and arrivals of refrigerated transport to Driscoll’s different ranches. * Measure and control the annual storage plan (cooler). * Document processes involving post-harvest, cold chain, and logistics. * Prepare OMS orders for plant requests. * Supervise loading, packing, and packaging operations where internal logistics is not available. * Generate quality reports for stored, shipped, and received materials for different departments (foundation nursery, commercial, breeding, and applied research). * Manage packing orders for blueberry plants from Mexico, Peru, and Chile (FallCreek). * Report crop-specific storage locations, cost allocation, and POs in Odoo. * Create temperature curves for each zone and evaluate the influence of storage position on material quality. * Support the United States team with practices for implementing new systems or maintaining existing ones. #### **Candidate Profile** Requirements: * Completed bachelor's degree: Industrial, Administration, Agroindustrial, Agronomy, or related field * 2\-4 years of experience in similar positions * Knowledge: Distribution, planning, logistics, transportation, warehouse management and control, inventory administration and management * Advanced English * Valid driver's license * Visa (desirable) #### **About Driscolls** Driscoll's is the global market leader for fresh strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries.
