Pico de Orizaba No. 3, Lomas de Occipaco, 53247 Naucalpan de Juárez, Méx.** **REQUIREMENTS** *Academic background:* **Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computing, Systems, ICT, or related field (in progress or completed).** **MINIMUM 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN** Extensive experience repairing enterprise multifunctional devices (HP or any brand: Konica, Canon, Ricoh, Sharp, etc.) Installation, operation, and troubleshooting of print management software (Gavtracking, Papercut, Uniflow, etc.) Analysis and preparation of failure reports and component usage statistics Incident handling and use of ticket management tools Extensive on-site customer service experience **KNOWLEDGE** Diagnosis, repair, and warranty claim processing for printing/computing equipment Electronics, electricity, motors, electronic components General knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems (installation, configuration, operation) Networking (operation, basic network issue detection) ITIL 3 or ITIL 4 **CERTIFICATIONS** Manufacturer-specific printing certifications ITIL 3 or 4 (preferred) **SKILLS** Customer service Incident handling Training and certifications Analytical thinking ***INTERESTED CANDIDATES SHOULD APPLY THROUGH THIS CHANNEL AND SUBMIT THEIR CV IN WORD OR PDF FORMAT TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS INDICATED IN THE JOB POSTING.*** Employment type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Complimentary uniforms Application question(s): * In which borough or municipality do you reside? * Which multifunctional device brands have you worked with? * What is your experience in technical support for multifunctional devices? * Are you familiar with ITIL?
