Job Summary: Collaborate in the evaluation and selection process of technological solutions, ensuring vendor quality and compliance, and conducting risk analysis. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaborates in the selection of technological solutions 2. Supports the justification and acquisition of IT services 3. Contacts and evaluates technology vendors **General Objective:** Collaborate in fulfilling the technological solutions evaluation and selection process, verify that selected vendors meet the Group’s established requirements for quality, cost, schedule, and compliance, and perform vendor research and risk analysis activities. **Responsibilities:** * Document, with stakeholder support, the “Statement of Work” (SOW) and/or necessary requirements for initiating procurement activities, including RFP, RFQ, or an exception aligned with the operational continuity strategy. * Support preparation of justifications, including various options (offshore, services, resources), costs, timelines, objectives, benefits, and risk assessments for acquiring IT services, products, and capabilities during vendor selection. * Contact technology vendors to invite them to participate in established evaluation processes for platform and service selection. * Prepare requests for quotation and technical requirements to complement documentation required for procuring IT services and tools. * Support clients requesting procurement across all process phases—issuing requests, responding to inquiries, evaluating technical proposals, compiling ranked merit-based lists, and providing technical support during negotiations—to document the evaluation file. **Required Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Systems, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management. **Additional Knowledge:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in vendor management (preferred). * Minimum 1 year of experience in contract management, procurement, or compliance (preferred). * Minimum 1 year of experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating IT contracts (preferred). * Knowledge of ITIL / COBIT 2019 (desirable / preferred). **Language:** Intermediate English.
