Responsibilities: ✓ Provide direct support to branch, promotion team, and corporate users. ✓ Manage incidents and service requests, and maintain communication with users. ✓ Escalate incidents to IT Supervision or technical support as needed. ✓ Monitor and report on security camera functionality; escalate unresolved issues to the IT Services Coordinator. ✓ Verify system availability at the start of operations. ✓ Track reported incidents via the Administrative System. You will become part of a solid financial institution regulated by the National Banking and Securities Commission. Work Location: CU.
