Reporting on services entering SAC, through daily review of shipment scans, supported by information from visit and control labels, via the SAP service shipment management system. Making timely and proper calls to customers regarding shipments entered into SAC, through the daily process of shipment coordination and customer calls. Generating reports for shipments requiring them, through tracking incidents related to shipments according to operational cycle processes, to promptly notify and coordinate shipments.
