The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring that all commercial transactions are documented accurately and promptly, guaranteeing compliance with current tax regulations and delivering excellent service to internal and external customers. ***REQUIREMENTS:*** * Age: 25 to 35 years old. * Education: Completed technical high school diploma or incomplete/bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or related field. * Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar position (electronic invoicing). * Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in CFDI 4.0 (or current version). * Experience with ERP systems or administrative software (e.g., SAP, Aspel SAE, Contpaqi, Oracle). Proficiency in SAE. * Excel (basic formulas and pivot tables). * Experience managing supplier and customer portals. ***Skills:*** * High attention to detail. Administrative organization and control. * Ability to work under pressure (month-end closings). * Excellent communication skills. * Must reside within a maximum 40-minute commute from the workplace. * **Monthly NET salary of $10,000.00 MXN** ***Work Location:*** Calz.
