Requirements: Technical degree in Computer Science, Systems, or equivalent in a related field. Experience as a field engineer/technician in telecommunications, systems, technical support, or related areas (6 months of experience or recent graduate). Knowledge: * Maintenance and repair of computer equipment. * Laser printers. * Telephony and networks (basic level) * Structured cabling (desirable) * Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) (**Diebold NextGen 5550 and 5500**) * Responsibilities: Diagnose failures reported by customers. Replace parts, track incidents, handle and close reports. 100% FIELD * Job Responsibilities: Timely resolution of incidents and/or technical failure requests from users, within the timeframes agreed upon with the client.
