




Job Description: **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Issue delivery slips, invoices, and credit notes to customers. * Create and enter orders into the ALPHA system. * File invoices and delivery slips. * Record sales growth data from invoices and delivery slips in the corresponding logs. * Schedule order deliveries. * Monitor payment dates to ensure timely collections from customers. * Take orders and attend to customers via phone or in person. * Knowledge of any sales system or module. * Proficiency in basic office software: Excel, Word, PowerPoint. * Data entry skills. * Invoice sales for key accounts and upload them to the corresponding portal, sending XML and PDF formats. * Follow up on sales and after-sales service for key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction. * Receive, identify, and register complaints and/or returns. \***Knowledge: SAP system, portal management, quotations, creating charts, Excel.** Job type: Full-time Salary: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per week Benefits: * Option for indefinite contract * Free uniforms Work location: On-site
