We are seeking an **Administrative Assistant for Billing, Credit, and Collections** Responsible for providing administrative support in customer and supplier service, billing, credit, and collections processes, ensuring accurate invoice issuance, timely accounts receivable follow-up, and compliance with the company’s credit policies. **Requirements:** Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields. \-1 to 3 years of experience in billing, credit, and collections or similar administrative roles. \-Technical knowledge: Advanced Excel, Microsoft Office suite, electronic invoicing (CFDI, payment complements, XML, SAT), credit and collections processes, report generation, and accounts receivable management. \-SAP experience is MANDATORY **Main Responsibilities:** \-Invoice issuance and transaction recording. \-Accounts receivable follow-up and statement management. \-Resolution of billing discrepancies. \-Preparation of collections reports. \-Entry of supplier invoices into the system. \-Collaboration with other departments (Accounting, Sales, etc.). **We Offer:** \* Salary: $14,000.00 MXN per month \* Statutory benefits: Christmas bonus, vacation time, and vacation premium **Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:30 pm **Location**: San Nicolás de los Garza, Nuevo León Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $14,000.00 MXN per month Workplace: On-site employment
