We are looking for an **Administrative Assistant** to provide direct support to our logistics operations and operational department. **Main Responsibilities** * Management and control of operational documents, reports, and internal files. * Order tracking, updating, and control. * Coordination with suppliers, carriers, and the operational department. * Support and assistance to internal and external customers. * Data entry into systems and support in various administrative tasks. * Assistance in daily logistics tasks (scheduling, monitoring, validations, etc.). **Requirements** * Technical or administrative degree. * Basic computer skills (Excel, email, and administrative systems). * Excellent organizational skills, proactive attitude, and attention to detail. * Immediate availability. * Experience in logistics or operational areas (preferred but not required). **We Offer** * Competitive weekly salary commensurate with experience. * Positive work environment and teamwork. * Opportunity for growth within the department. * Working hours: Monday to Saturday. * Parking.
