Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Degree certificate and professional license mandatory. Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position. Main responsibilities: \- Schedule and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance tasks for the electrical department. Conduct inspections across all facilities and production areas (motors, switchboards, mill area control, electrical substation). Properly manage and control spare parts and tools required for electrical maintenance. Advise production supervisors and operators on proper use of machinery and equipment. Respond immediately to any electrical failure that may disrupt production. Analyze and improve machine electrical installations as well as lighting in production areas. Design electrical diagrams according to production requirements. Review, analyze, and propose improvements to the annual maintenance plan for optimal deployment of company machinery and equipment. Participate in training and development courses deemed appropriate by the company to perform assigned job functions.
