Job Summary: This position is responsible for providing emergency medical care, implementing occupational medical procedures, and carrying out activities to prevent occupational illnesses and accidents. Key Responsibilities: 1. Emergency medical care and health status follow-up. 2. Implementation of health conservation and risk prevention programs. 3. Participation in safety and hygiene committees and emergency drills. Provide initial medical care for emergencies occurring within the facility to safeguard workers' health; apply occupational medical procedures before regulatory authorities, oriented toward prevention of occupational illnesses and accidents. 1. Conduct first-level medical consultations and follow up on health status. 2. Review and record accidents in the SIAAT portal. 3. Implement and monitor health conservation programs for workers. 4. Follow up on occupational health forms ST\-7, ST\-2, ST\-9, ST\-3, etc. 5. Conduct talks and awareness campaigns. 6. Maintain control of medications and wound-care supplies. 7. Track incoming requests (requisitions) for medications and/or wound-care supplies. 8. Provide emergency care (wound treatment, immobilization, or referral to IMSS when necessary). 9. Perform first-aid kit checklists. 10. Conduct pre-employment medical examinations. 11. Conduct periodic medical examinations. 12. Manage medical records (new hires and separations). 13. Administer breathalyzer tests and anti-doping tests (when required). 14. Develop procedures, instructions, manuals, and forms applicable to each NOM. 15. Implement active breaks. 16. Manage, control, and follow up on internal and commuting incapacity cases. 17. Manage, prevent, and control occupational risks, general illnesses, and occupational diseases. 18. Follow up on procedures with IMSS. 19. Maintain logs and accident rate indicators (KPIs). 20. Keep medical occupational records updated and maintain medical files. 21. Take statements from involved parties when occupational accidents occur. 22. Conduct medical examinations for personnel and external contractors performing high-risk tasks. 23. Train staff in first aid. 24. Monitor and follow up on personnel handling loads (NOM\-036\). 25. Process requests for audiometry and X-ray examinations. 26. Participate in emergency drills. 27. Participate in the safety and hygiene committee. 28. Participate in the first-aid brigade. 29. Safeguard incapacity documentation.
