We are looking for a Tracking Analyst for Comercializadora Gonac S.A. de C.V. to immediately join our team. * Continuously monitor vehicles through the Motum, My Scania, and Synotruck platforms. * Verify compliance with scheduled routes and timetables. * Detect and report in real time any deviation, unauthorized stop, delay, or risk event. * Coordinate with operations, traffic personnel, and security to resolve incidents during transit. * Document operational incidents and generate timely notifications to all involved departments. * Assist in locating vehicles in case of emergency, accident, or signal loss. * Ensure timely unloading of vehicles at customer locations. * Report prolonged driver stops during transit. * Review trailers with the shipping department upon vehicle departures and address any discrepancies. * Notify relevant departments of vehicle departures onto routes.
