Manage projects with leadership and decision-making. **Job Description:** A construction company is seeking a highly committed *Civil Construction Resident* to supervise, coordinate, and control the execution of foundation works, ensuring technical quality, compliance with safety standards, adherence to scheduled timelines, and proper resource management. ***Responsibilities:*** * Direct and supervise general construction site activities. * Review and validate structural drawings, technical specifications, and construction procedures. * Coordinate on-site personnel and suppliers involved in the project. * Prepare daily progress reports, incident reports, and material control reports. * Manage logistics for machinery and specialized equipment required for project execution. **Requirements:** * Academic background: Civil Engineer or related degree (certified) * Minimum 3\-5 years of experience supervising foundations (preferred) * Availability to work on-site **Knowledge in:** * Soil mechanics, geotechnics, and deep and shallow foundation techniques. * Proficiency in design and construction management software. Skills: Results-oriented, effective communication, leadership, organization, and decision-making Availability: Willingness to travel.
