**JOB SUMMARY:** Represent Omni Logistics Mexico in a professional manner to all current and potential customers. Growth of customer base for facility through direct sales, contract negotiations with customers, probing and penetration of accounts for more business, dealing with service issues. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** (Includes but not limited to) · Profitable growth of market through direct sales. · Increase of customer base within region. · Profitably negotiate customer tariffs and contracts with current and new customers. · Represent Omni Mexico in a professional manner at all times to customers, and potential clients. · Act in a professional and appropriate manner at all times. This includes all interactions with Operations personnel and all other co\-workers as well as clients during entertainments. · To follow and fully comply with the Sales Policy Handbook. · Required to conduct a minimum of ten (10\) sales calls per day between Tuesdays and Fridays and to conduct five (5\) sales calls on Mondays. · Required to have a minimum of four (4\) prospect vists per week. · Required to have a minimum of one (2\) after\-hours entertainment per month. · Follows up with clients and sales on all quotes, in order to secure more business. · Ensure compliance with Omni Logistics policies and procedures, and to meet all government, and local safety and regulatory requirements. · Follow up with Operations on all customer quotes or services issues. · Monitoring and support in the collection proces from station customers **ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Assists management in planning major customer entertainment events for customers within the region. **INTERACTION:** · Interact effectively and professionally with other Omni Logistics Mexico offices, local management, local airline contacts/vendors, agents, and external customers. **QUALIFICATIONS:** Skills Preferred: · Knowledge of domestic and international air and truck transportation is a plus. · Bi\-lingual in business Spanish and English. · Excellent sales ability. · Excellent people skills. · Detail oriented with excellent customer service skills. · Basic Computer and typing skills. · Effective interpersonal, oral and written communication. · Problem solving skills. Experience Required: · Preferred minimum 2\-3 years work / sales experience in airfreight forwarding, trucking, cartage, or related field.
