The ideal candidate will be highly motivated to develop within civil engineering and willing to collaborate on nationwide projects. **Requirements:** * Recently graduated in Civil Engineering (or graduated only a short time ago). * Minimum 6 months of experience as a laboratory technician (internship and residency experience counts). * Gender: Unrestricted. * Willingness and availability to travel and relocate according to project requirements. * Strong desire to learn and develop professionally. * Teamwork, communication, and organizational skills. * Basic knowledge of engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, CivilCAD) is a plus. * Proactive, responsible, and committed attitude. **Responsibilities:** * Coordination with the laboratory to release and evaluate earthwork/pavement structure layers. * Daily control of asphalt mixture volumes per section. * Monitoring truck productivity during paving operations. * Verification of temperatures and process monitoring at the asphalt plant. * Laboratory visits for asphalt mixture washing. **We Offer:** * **Meal, transportation, and accommodation support** during travel assignments. * Opportunity for **growth and learning** in civil engineering. * Experience in national infrastructure projects. * Dynamic and continuously evolving work environment.
