Implements and improves safety and environmental systems The Controls Engineer is responsible for maintaining backups of programming, electrical and mechanical manuals for the machinery under their charge, and ensuring their PC equipment is in good condition with the appropriate software to perform their work properly and efficiently.* Career in mechanical, electrical, or electronic engineering * Advanced English * Establish, implement, maintain, and improve the quality system and its processes. * Train new employees and monitor their training in their operational roles. * Comply with payroll procedures (Leaves, Vacations, Disabilities). * Share knowledge preservation within my area. * Comply with Labor Relations procedures. * Attend assigned courses according to your position. * Comply with Standard 035 and the corporate policy on Psychosocial Risks. * Follow up on the closure of incidents and conditions in your work area. * Implement safety and environmental policies. * Actively participate in the identification of risks in my work areas. * Establish, implement, and improve the safety and environmental system. * Apply the mission, vision, and values.
