




**About the company** We are a 100% Mexican company, committed to innovation with over 20 years of experience, a leader in the healthcare, residential, sports, and security sectors. **Job objectives:** * Coordinate and document the requirements necessary to comply with the terms and conditions of the bids in which we participate. * Prepare documents related to the bid submission folders, as specified in the bid terms and conditions. * Coordinate and supervise quality personnel activities according to instructions from the Quality Management team. **Job requirements** * **Completed bachelor’s degree, certified graduate, or intern in: TEXTILE ENGINEERING.** * 2 years of experience * Strong leadership skills * Teamwork * Communication * Teamwork **Job responsibilities** * Read and analyze selected bid terms and conditions, identifying required documents and written submissions for preparation. * Compile and/or assemble bid documentation according to the bid terms and conditions and associated events. * Maintain contact with laboratories accredited by the EMA to coordinate required testing for each bid. * Together with the laboratory supervisor, maintain current testing protocols systematically requested by PPL clients. * Visit suppliers to verify compliance with garment requirements—such as logos, textile composition, etc.—based on bid requirements. **Knowledge** * 2 years of experience in bidding processes. * Quality standards and regulations applicable to the textile sector. * Knowledge of textiles, quality in garment manufacturing, grading, and pattern making. * Production processes and quality management. * Proficiency in pattern-making and garment manufacturing software such as Lectra, Gerber, or Diamino. * Computer equipment * Google Suite * Illustrator (desirable) * AutoCAD (desirable) **Skills** * Proactive * Multitasking * Fast learner Job type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: $15,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
