Objective Ensure the proper functioning of medical equipment and systems by performing preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and corrective maintenance. Perform scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance on medical equipment on-site, as well as respond to service requests from our customers via phone calls. Carry out installation, configuration, and validation of the proper functioning of medical equipment together with our customers. Document incidents, maintenance activities, and technical reports according to internal guidelines. Coordinate with the administrative department the logistics required to resolve field reports. Knowledge of the fundamental operating principles of medical equipment. Proficiency in using measurement instruments, analyzers, and simulators. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams. Fundamentals of electronics, diagnosis, and repair of electronic circuit boards. Diagnosis and resolution of faults in the field.
