Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to generate content, design guidelines, follow up on leads, analyze statistics, and optimize digital strategies. Key Highlights: 1. Digital strategy development and social media management. 2. Content creation and guidelines for various brands/companies. 3. Statistical analysis and campaign optimization. **The candidate we seek has:** * Bachelor’s degree in marketing / communications / graphic design or related field. * Residency in Toluca/Metepec or neighboring municipalities. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Excellent spelling, writing, and grammar skills. * Proficiency with statistical tools. * Experience using software such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects (optional). * Digital strategy development experience. * Experience creating content, managing social media accounts, and developing brand/company guidelines (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok). * Experience managing Meta Business and TikTok business accounts. * Knowledge of emerging trends, platforms, and content formats. * Familiarity with AI tools. * Lead follow-up and CRM data entry. * Knowledge of email marketing tools. **What will you learn and do?** * Interact with pages of various companies to generate content, design guidelines, and follow up on leads. * Analyze statistics and generate reports for each client, including relevant metrics such as growth, leads generated, user behavior, etc. * Create and schedule content (posts, stories, reels). * Configure Meta Business accounts, commercial portfolios, and advertising accounts. * Develop content calendars, copywriting, and content plans. * Edit video content directly within apps (TikTok, Instagram). * Design visual assets for organic and paid social media content. * Create, analyze, and optimize email marketing campaigns. * Attend client meetings to present reports, propose improvements, and adapt strategies.
