




Job Summary: Plan, acquire, cook, serve, and clean daily for a four-course menu, maintaining inventory and kitchen order. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in preparing executive menus 2. Comprehensive kitchen management, from supplies to service and cleaning Responsibilities: Plan the weekly lunch menu; procure supplies and ingredients for preparation; cook the four-course daily menu; serve and attend to guests. Clean and organize the kitchen during and after work hours; maintain up-to-date inventory records of supplies for purchasing and functionality; wash utensils and all items used during preparation and service. Requirements: Two years of experience preparing executive menus. Basic knowledge of nutrition. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM. Location: Col. Gabriel Pastor.
