Aesthetic sensitivity and understanding of luxury **Position: Luxury Retail Furniture Development Engineer** Industrial designer, engineer, or related degree. **Job Objective** \-Develop and optimize high-end furniture solutions for luxury retail spaces, ensuring excellence in quality, functionality, and aesthetics aligned with brand standards and client requirements. **Main Responsibilities** \-Perform detailed engineering for luxury furniture (display units, showcases, counters, backwalls, and displays). \-Translate design concepts into technically viable production solutions. \-Prepare technical drawings, exploded views, bills of materials, and specifications.\-Prepare files for CNC machining, laser cutting, etc. \-Select premium materials, hardware, and finishes considering durability, aesthetics, and cost. \-Optimize construction processes and propose technical and engineering improvements. **Requirements** \-Minimum 2 years’ experience in furniture development, fine woodworking, metal-mechanics, or retail projects (luxury preferred). \-Proficiency in technical design software; SolidWorks is mandatory\-Parametric modeling in SolidWorks \-Knowledge of materials \-Technical English (desirable). **Key Competencies** \-Attention to detail and high quality standards. \-Analytical thinking and solution orientation. \-Aesthetic sensitivity and understanding of luxury. \-Effective communication and teamwork. \-Proactivity and continuous improvement mindset. **We Offer** \-Creative and multidisciplinary environment. \-Opportunity for professional growth. \-Competitive salary commensurate with experience. \-Statutory benefits Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: Starting from $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Sick leave days * Additional vacation days or paid leave Education: * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Mandatory) Experience: * Shopfitting: 2 years (Desirable) * SolidWorks: 2 years (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
